This policy covers harpoonterminal.com and the Harpoon terminal. It is operated by Harpoon Terminal ("we"). We collect as little as we can, and we never sell what we collect.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the early-access list or are invited to test. We use it to write to you about Harpoon, and for nothing else.
• Sign-in records, if you use the terminal: the email you signed in with and when. Sign-in is a one-time code sent to your email; we never hold a password.
• Anonymous visit counts for this website: which pages are visited, and how often. These use no cookies and do not identify you.
• What you send us, if you write to us.

Who handles it for us

• Cloudflare hosts this site, counts visits, and runs the terminal's sign-in.
• Resend holds the early-access list and sends our emails.

Each processes your data only to provide that service to us.

Emails

Every email we send about Harpoon has an unsubscribe link, and we act on it promptly. A message about your own account, such as a sign-in code, is not marketing and is always sent.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write toprivacy@harpoonterminal.com. We will answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A material change is announced by email to the list.
