These terms cover harpoonterminal.com and the Harpoon terminal (together, "Harpoon"), operated by Harpoon Terminal("we"). By using Harpoon you agree to them.

What Harpoon is, and is not

Harpoon is software for viewing and studying prediction-market data. It is not an exchange, a broker, a futures commission merchant or an investment adviser. It does not hold your money, and it does not place trades for you. Nothing in Harpoon is investment, financial, legal or tax advice.

Early access

Harpoon is in private testing. Access is by invitation, may change or end at any time, and is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. Parts may be unfinished, slow or wrong.

Market data

The data Harpoon shows comes from third parties. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on it alone for any decision. See the risk disclosure anddata attributions.

Your account

Keep access to your email secure, since it is how you sign in. Don't share your access, resell it, or try to get around its limits.

Scripts

Scripts you write are yours. Scripts others publish are theirs, are not reviewed by us, and may be wrong. You run them at your own risk.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Harpoon, including trading losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Who operates Harpoon

Harpoon is operated by Harpoon Terminal. These terms may pass to a company formed to operate Harpoon, and you agree that they may.
